What methods of payment do you accept?
Sugar Bearz/MX Kidz is happy to accept your VISA, MASTERCARD, or PAYPAL as payment. Certified Checks, Money Orders and International Money Orders payable in US $ are accepted as well. Are there any sales taxes?
No sales taxes will be charged on orders shipped to addresses outside of Pennsylvania, USA. Within Pennsylvania, a 6% sales tax will be added to taxable merchandise as mandated by PA state law.

What happens to the information I submit?
All details submitted will be kept confidential. We do not sell names, addresses, phone numbers or any other information you give us. We may however, use the information you submit to contact you regarding your order. We also use the email addresses submitted to send out future sale and availability information. If you wish to not receive these notices, please ask to have your email address removed from the list.

How much shipping do I add onto my order?

Sugar Bearz/MX Kidz is currently using only the United States Postal Service for shipping. Customers can choose between USPS Priority Mail, APO/FPO Military Mail, and USPS Express Mail. Rates are determined by the total amount of your order before taxes and after discounts are applied. Rates are as follows:

USPS APO/FPO MILITARY Mail
To protect both Sugar Bearz/MX Kidz and the customer, all APO/FPO Military Mail is sent Priority Certified with a return receipt. The USPS estimates 2-3 business days for your package to get from Sugar Bearz/MX Kidz to the Military Mail system. Beyond that point, there is no way of determining how long delivery might take.

I don't live in the US, will I have to pay duty?
You may have to pay duty if your country requires it. Customs forms are required for all packages being shipped outside the US. Customs forms are marked as "merchandise" with the purchase price (after discounts applied). If there is duty, you will be charged at the time of delivery. These duty charges are not part of the remittance made to Sugar Bearz/MX Kidz at the time of your order and we are in no way responsible for duty charges.

How soon will I receive confirmation of my order?
You should automatically receive an email confirmation of your order when you place your order online. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order within an hour of placing your order, please call Rhonda at 1-800-906-8595. Phone orders are confirmed when shipped.

Do you have catalogs available?
We do not offer printed catalogs at this time. We do strive to keep all our products and availabilty up-to-date on our site.

What if an item I order goes on sale after my purchase?
Sale prices do not apply to previously placed orders.

What is your guarantee/return policy?

Clearance, special-order items, consumable items, and seasonal items such as costumes are not returnable.

How soon do you send orders out?
Orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 24 - 48 hours (weekends and certain holidays excluded). Orders that include out-of-stock merchandise may be held until all merchandise is in-stock. In cases where merchandise is not in-stock, arrangements may be made for the out-of-stock merchandise to ship direct from the supplier. Please note that not all suppliers are willing to drop ship directly to the customer.

How can I find out if an item is in stock?
Availability can be checked here. We try to keep this information up to date as orders come in. However, there are times when orders are placed back to back or while we are out. If you order an item that is marked out of stock, we will notify you that it is out of stock and the approximate ship date.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL is guaranteed overnight delivery to most locations in the US. Some remote locations may take no longer than two business days. The USPS estimates 2-3 business days for your APO/FPO Military Mail package to get from Sugar Bearz to the Military Mail system. Beyond that point, there is no way of determining how long delivery might take. Out of country deliveries can range from 4-7 days (Canada) to longer depending on your country.
