Return Policy and Instructions

Please CAREFULLY read the following information on returns and policies. By returning the product, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • All returns require prior authorization by contacting customerservice@sugarbearz.com.
  • You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund.
  • The following items cannot be returned:
    • Items delivered more than 15 days ago
    • Personalized items, unless we made a mistake
    • Swimsuits
    • Costumes
    • Consumable products, whether opened or not.
    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts (including all original packaging and paperwork).
  • Please do not send us such items, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
  • Please be sure to add delivery confirmation and/or insurance to your return as Sugar Bearz is not responsible for and cannot refund the customer for returns not received.
  • We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

How much will your refund be?
  • Upon inspection, if a returned product is found to be unused and in it's original packaging, Sugar Bearz will refund the price paid for the item minus a 10% re-stocking fee.
  • If we determine that a returned product has a manufacturer's defect or that we made an error, Sugar Bearz will also refund your shipping charges for returning the item.
  • In any event where a discount was applied to a sale for quantity or value and only part of the order is returned, the amount of the discount will be deducted from the refund. This includes FREE SHIPPING discounts.
  • If your return is not due to our error or a manufacturers defect, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.
  • If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase.
  • Refunds can be issued only to the party purchasing the item(s). If the item you are returning was purchased by someone else as a gift for you, we will issue you a Sugar Bearz gift certificate.

Exchanges
  • Sugar Bearz will exchange any item that is not listed in the first section above.
  • Sugar Bearz will pay the postage if we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item. Sugar Bearz will not pay postage to return an item if you ordered the wrong size, color, or do not like the item. We strive very hard to offer you the lowest price on the market. This cuts our profit quite a bit in some cases. As such we cannot offer perks such as return postage unless we make a mistake.
